working the carpool lanes – same time frame as greeters in hall and can still greet kids as they get out of cars – however safety in carpool line is much more needed/important – have begged dads to do carpool for years at MIS/HPMS but Dads’ Club was not interested – everyone would love dads who stepped up and did this

    Carpool.

Open the doors and greet the kids. You will learn far more about the children there. Plus you will help move the carpool line along and keep people from breaking the rules. I sadly imagine that the dads and moms will both behave better if a Dad is working the carpool line and calling them out on their dangerous and rude behaviors.

Carpool lanes is my first choice. Cafeteria second- the kids love the 4th friday that is mostly dads- they are more fun and will buy rounds of ice cream for everyone!

CARPOOL – why are they avoiding the obvious?Everyone would behave better – both the moms in bathrobes and the dads on cell phones. Maybe they can stop the “my child can’t walk more than 10 feet” folks who continually use the front circle drive as their dropoff/pickup…
