Houston and San Antonio-based Businesses Find New Homes in Dallas

Muzzies Dressy Dresses, originally from Houston, is making its Dallas debut at Preston and Forest this weekend. Executive director Lexia Allen said she is hoping to open up shop in the former Axis Fitness space as early as Friday. The store is mainly focusing on prom season, but also has 600 long and short dresses for any occasion.

In other Preston Forest Square news, Chocolate Angel Too has called it quits, as evidenced by paper covering all the windows and a message announcing the bakery and cafe is being remodeled into a pizza joint, Dough Pizzeria Napoletana. The San Antonio-based restaurant has plans to open in the “early spring.” The original Chocolate Angel in Richardson is still alive and well, but its franchise locations in Carrollton and Preston Forest closed at the end of December and January, respectively.
