Is Franklin Adding a Monorail?
I was driving past Franklin Middle School the other day and was puzzled by something. There’s an empty field on the campus’s southwest corner — empty except for a concrete structure that reminded me of the monorail tracks that wind through Las Colinas. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t have time to pull over for a inspection. But surely this structure has some other purpose that I’m too dense to deduce, right?
