In from what I’m told is a rare opportunity, a home has become available in the close-knit neighborhood of former President George W. Bush. I found this post on candysdirt.com and, from what I read, the house seems to be an updated take on a traditional one level home:
“Every surface has been modernized, great baths, knock-out kitchen, open floor plan, three living areas ripe for entertainment. The 4392 square foot home is full of natural light with four bedrooms, three and a half baths. The setting is serene and loaded with mature trees, rich lawn, outdoor kitchen with fireplace and a sparkling back-yard swimming pool and with cabana.”

I don’t know how much it’s running for, but chances are, the neighborhood will attract a certain level of homeowners — probably a strict background check as well.
House and party affiliation aside, who wouldn’t want to have a beer and a burger with your former President neighbor? Plus, having secret service roaming the streets at night makes me feel safe even here at my desk.
