HP High School Adds Two Assistant Principals

David Williams, who was the assistant principal for students whose names begin with letters O-Z, has been replaced by Evan Heckman, a 1991 graduate of Highland Park High School. Heckmann spent the last two years as principal of Palmer Middle School.

In her newly created role as assistant principal for instruction, Erica Castille will work closely with Marta Gott, assistant principal for academic affairs and assessment. Castille comes to HPISD from Frisco High School, where she served as assistant principal for three years.

Read more about Heckmann and Castille in this week’s edition of Park Cities People.

@HP mom. Williams was a good VP for my kid. I’m sorry to see him go. But then I have my own short list of who I’d like to see retire or get a better offer elsewhere.

Gosh, I also hate it when an AP causes problems for my juvenile delinquent. Hopefully I can run over the new ones.
