President Bush Undergoes Stent Procedure

President George W. Bush underwent a procedure to have a stent placed in his heart this morning at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. The blockage was found during his annual examination at the Cooper Clinic yesterday.

According to this morning’s press release, the procedure was successful, and President Bush is “in high spirits, eager to return home tomorrow and resume his normal schedule on Thursday.” He expressed his gratefulness for the medical team, and encouraged all to get regular check-ups.

From all of us at Park Cities People, we wish you a speedy recovery, Mr. President!
