Preston Hollow residents Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller have a namesake museum that’s also known as the Samurai Collection. At 7 p.m. this Sunday, said museum is launching a series of free “Samurai Cinema” screenings. The classic Yojimbo will be projected from the museum onto a screen that can be seen from the Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar patio.

Given that this screening will happen the week of Halloween, it will also feature a samurai costume contest. The winner will get a book about the museum, plus gift cards to Saint Ann and Mercat Bistro.

As if all that weren’t enough, 15 bucks will get you a pre-screening tour of the museum complete with cocktails. Email [email protected] to make a reservation.
