SPC Playoff Games Set For Saturday

Three area football teams — Cistercian, Episcopal School of Dallas, and St. Mark’s — will compete in the Southwest Preparatory Conference semifinals on Saturday.

In the large school semifinals, top seed St. Mark’s (7-1) will play host to Houston Bellaire Episcopal (5-2) at 5 p.m., while ESD (6-3) will play at Houston Kincaid (9-0) at 6 p.m. The winners will meet for the SPC title next Saturday in Fort Worth.

Cistercian (6-3) will play at top seed Houston Christian (7-3) at 5 p.m. in a small school semifinal. In the other semi, Fort Worth All Saints (9-0) will host Houston St. John’s at 4 p.m. The winners will play in Fort Worth next Friday night for the title.
