I got a phone call yesterday from a woman who was wondering why she hasn’t received a copy of Park Cities People since our Dec. 20 edition — the edition which featured a front-page story about how we were putting longtime carrier Marilyn Jayroe out of a job.
I guess this woman didn’t read the front-page column by Mario Garcia in our Dec. 13 edition, the column by me in our Dec. 6 edition, or the one by Wick Allison in our Nov. 15 edition, all of which mentioned our shift from weekly to monthly publication.
Although you won’t be getting a paper from us this week either, rest assured that we are hard at work on our February edition, which should arrive in your mailbox by the end of January.
