A sign that lacrosse season is once again upon us, the sixth annual Patriot Cup tournament will take place this weekend at SMU’s Ford Stadium.
The six-game schedule will feature an mix of college and high school teams, opening with Southwestern University against Colorado College at 7 p.m. Friday.
Tournament passes cost $15 for adults and $10 for students, with proceeds benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project. Last year’s tournament raised $10,000 for the good cause.
The high school games include ESD against The Woodlands at 9 a.m. Saturday, and the Highland Park JV against Flower Mound at 3 p.m.
Saturday’s college games will include Dartmouth vs. Sacred Heart (noon), SMU vs. Texas A&M (5 p.m.), and TCU vs. Texas Tech (7 p.m.).
