After spending two years providing pastries at White Rock Local Market, and catering to clients including Nespresso Café at NorthPark Center, Bisous Bisous Patisserie will debut its storefront in the West Village next month.

The 1,200-square-foot space at 3700 McKinney Ave. will have an open kitchen, retail shop, and full coffee bar. Bisous Bisous provides a wide variety of French-style pastries including macarons, éclairs, and croissants made fresh daily. It also features a rotating menu of seasonal offerings such as peppermint, gingerbread, and eggnog macarons, Bûche de Noël, and dark chocolate peppermint tarts.

Chef and owner Andrea Meyer was inspired by her many trips to Paris, and felt inclined to quit her corporate job and enroll in the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. After this she honed her skills with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Yountville, Calif., before starting Bisous Bisous.
