Number One and Chapter Two owner Brian Bolke announced today that the shops are leaving Highland Park Village on Dec. 31 to make way for the Village’s new, grocery-store “concept.”
“We have been so thrilled to have Number One and Chapter Two be a part of Highland Park Village. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we know we have been a ‘healthy habit’ in many people’s lives,” Bolke said. “As Highland Park Village expands its food and grocery offerings to encompass the Preston Road frontage, we are closing to make way for exciting new developments.”
Inventory from the store will be sold at Forty Five Ten and Five and Ten, and menu items from Number One will be available at the T Room at Forty Five Ten starting in January. Forty Five Ten itself will move downtown in 2016 to create a new, flagship store.
