Blessing of the Animals Invites All
We humans aren’t the only ones who could use a blessing every once in a while. Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church will host a pets blessing on Oct. 4 at 4 p.m. at the Saint Michael west parking lot.
So bring your dog, cat, guinea pig, bird, ferret, or whatever creature you love on. Each pet will also receive a St. Francis medallion for pet collars. This blessing of the animals is free and open to the community. Snacks and treats will be served for pets and people to enjoy.
