Have a Ball at the HP Girls Soccer Picnic
You might get a kick out of the new fundraiser idea for the Highland Park girls soccer team.
The Lady Scots will host their inaugural Girls With Goals picnic from 4 to 6 p.m. on Nov. 8 at Highlander Stadium. There will be plenty of kid-friendly activities and prizes, some raffle baskets, live entertainment, and a chance to meet the players on the 2016 roster for autographs and photos.
Meals from Chip’s Old-Fashioned Hamburgers will cost $10, with take-out available. Raffle tickets are $5 each or six for $25. Proceeds will benefit the soccer program and the HP Sports Club. For more information, just send an email.
