Police Report: Nov. 23 to 29

23 MONDAY

At 3:52 p.m., a burglar broke into a vehicle at Preston Center and stole property.

Between 4 and 5:40 p.m., a shoplifter stole merchandise from the AT&T store at Preston Center.

Between 7:26 and 7:47 p.m., a shoplifter stole merchandise from Macy’s at NorthPark Center, then broke the inside door knob of a police car after being apprehended. Davey Dawayne Reed, 45, was arrested on a theft charge.

24 TUESDAY

At 11:52 a.m., an altercation at a convenience store in the 4700 block of West Northwest Highway led to a man being punched and wrestled to the ground.

25 WEDNESDAY

Between 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 24 and 6:25 a.m. on Dec. 25, a thief stole the wheels from a vehicle in the 7700 block of Eastern Avenue.

27 FRIDAY

Between 4:30 and 4:45 a.m., a crook broke into Meso Maya at Preston Forest Square and stole cash from a safe.

Between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., a lawbreaker stole a coin purse from a townhome in the 6100 block of Bandera Avenue. Some contractors were inside at the time of the larceny.

28 SATURDAY

At 2:31 a.m., a hoodlum broke into Madre in the 4700 block of West Lovers Lane and rummaged through the cash drawer.

At 4:05 p.m., a thief stole property from a house in the 7100 block of Stonetrail Drive.

Between 4 and 6 p.m., a burglar broke into a vehicle at NorthPark Center and stole property. During the same time frame, a miscreant stole a vehicle at the mall.

29 SUNDAY

Between noon and 12:50 p.m., a shoplifter stole clothing from Nordstrom at NorthPark Center. An Arlington teenager was arrested on a theft charge.

At 6:30 p.m., a shoplifter stole merchandise from Nordstrom at NorthPark Center. Tequila Lashaw Greer, 38, was arrested on a theft charge.

At 7:55 p.m., a shoplifter stole clothing from Macy’s at NorthPark Center. Eric Ortego, 34, was arrested on a theft charge.
