Orchestra Students Fly Solo (and in Ensemble)
HPHS orchestra students competed at the UIL competition for solo and ensemble on Jan. 30, and came out with some pretty decent scores.
Several students earned first division ratings for their solo and ensemble pieces, qualifying them to move on the state competition, which will take place in Austin at the end of May. Congrats to these budding musicians!
