Widely-published poet Dora Malech will perform a poetry reading and a Q&A dialogue at SMU on March 15 at 6:00 p.m.
Malech, current faculty member at John Hopkins University, has two published collections: Shore Ordered Ocean (2009) and Say So (2011). Her work has also been published in The New Yorker, Poetry, and Best New Poets. She has been a recipient of the Truman Capote Fellowship and a Frederick M. Clapp Poetry Writing Fellowship from Yale, among other honors.
The event is sponsored by The SMU English Department and the Godbey Lecture Series. It will be held in the Dedman Life Science Building at SMU. The event is free and open to the public.
