Dallas County Real Estate Inventory Dips Slightly in January
The months of housing inventory in Dallas County for January dipped slightly compared to the same time last year, MetroTex Association of Realtors statistics revealed.
January inventory was 2.6 months, compared to 2.8 months in January 2019, and well below the six months economists say is a sign of a balanced market.
