The city of Dallas talks about being “transparent” in all they do. The actual process for the city for traffic light installations is anything but transparent.
The city wants to install a traffic light at Rosser Road and Royal Lane and with an outdated and failed traffic study, without informing the residents, and without considering alternatives.
