Ursuline completed its nondistrict schedule with a sweep of Parish Episcopal in volleyball action on Tuesday.
The Bears (10-16) snapped a three-match skid as part of a challenging early schedule that included showdowns with public-school powers such as Rockwall, Plano, Flower Mound, and Southlake Carroll.
The Bears, who are in their first season under new head coach Kacie Hengler, will open TAPPS district play by hosting rival Bishop Lynch on Thursday.
Meanwhile, after being swept by both Bishop Lynch and Ursuline, the Panthers (6-7) will face Colleyville Covenant in their final pre-district tuneup next week.
