In my Rise and Shine post this morning, I inadvertently left out another notable musical performance at a church this weekend. Highland Park Presbyterian will host its annual Kirkin’ o’ th’ Tartans service at 9:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday. This service celebrates the Scottish heritage of the Presbyterian Church. Much of the worship music will be lead by the North Texas Caledonian Pipes and Drums group. Should be a big hit in the land of the Scots.
