Syd Carter was on hand April 20 to make a Scot Dollar delivery to UP Elementary School. He presented a check to UP principal Lynda Carter as the school’s compensation for their Scot Dollar purchases. Since it’s inception eight years ago, Scot Dollars has raised nearly $500,000 for HPISD schools.
