Water skiing siblings Ryan Warner, 9, and Grace Warner, 12, have been tailing boats since early childhood, and now they’re each ranked No. 1 — overall/per their age groups — by USA Water Ski, the governing body for organized skiing in the U.S.
I met with the Ryan, Grace, and their parents recently at their home in Preston Hollow, and we all inhaled a cheese plate while watching videos — impressive ones — of the kids taking to the water, catching air, and winning handfuls of medals. Everyone else in the family skis too, including Peaches the dog. I don’t joke.
