Staff photographer Chris McGathey sends this dispatch from his travels in and around Preston Hollow today. He grabbed a few shots as Dallas firefighters extinguished a car fire in the 10000 block of the northbound Highway 75 at Royal Lane on Wednesday afternoon. No one was in the car when it self-ignited while sitting in the parking lot of Uncle Bob’s Storage.
