I noticed over the weekend that City Council candidate Leland Burk has purchased two Central Expressway billboards to tout his campaign. They’re both between Royal and Forest, and the one facing north is south of the one facing south. So if you’re in just the right spot, you can see two images of Burk, smiling at each other.
