Dallas Children’s Theater’s production of Pinkalicious last fall featured costumes designed by pint-sized Preston Hollow resident Lily Forbes, who’d won a contest. Well, that one was such a success that DCT is expanding the concept. Hat designs are sought from children in all grades, and one winning hat will appear in each show in the 2013-14 season.
