We received a tip over the weekend that The Market@Home, a decor store that moved from Inwood Village to Snider Plaza last year, went belly up this month. Jerry Washham, of Ralph Porter Co., confirmed for me this morning that his tenant has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, i.e. liquidation. Washam said the space is still stocked with merchandise; he’s trying to negotiate access so he can put up a “for lease” sign.
