According to a statement just released by Dallas County Health and Human Services, “the patients lived in zip code 75225 were diagnosed with West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease and died this week.”
No more details are available due to privacy laws, but about half of the 75225 ZIP code is University Park. The deaths were the fourth and fifth West Nile-related deaths in the county this year. Seventy Ninety-four West Nile cases have been reported so far in Dallas County this year, DCHHS officials reported late last week today.
So, people, help yourselves:

UPDATE, 3:23 p.m.: The Morning News notes that one of the deaths was 92 year-old Dr. Tom McCrory, a resident of the 6800 block of Chevy Chase Avenue, property records indicate. Here’s his obituary, via the News.
