City Council will meet at 5 p.m., to consider the latest submission made by the Park Cities YMCA. Last time, council needed a little more time to consider the proposal that came in at about 5,000 square feet more than the requested 52,000.
In other news, a proclamation will be issued to former Mayor James H. “Blackie” Holmes, III for recently being named a 2012 SMU Distinguished Alumni.
