Slated for completion in 2028, a new development at 8300 Douglas will include 300,000 square feet of office space across 12 stories, a 17-story luxury residential tower with 147 units, and 24,000 square feet of curated retail and dining.

The project also features a 35,000-square-foot rooftop park and extensive pedestrian-focused landscaping, according to RAMROCK Real Estate.

Designed by HKS and supported by leading design firms, the project emphasizes a hospitality-style experience and sustainable building practices. “8300 Douglas marks a defining moment for the neighborhood,” said RAMROCK President Robert Dozier. “This is about building a community where people want to live, work, and connect.”

With strong early demand, Lincoln Property Company’s Hudson Dozier noted, “We’re seeing more interest than available space — this is a clear response to the market’s push for quality, experience-driven environments.”
