The Dallas Symphony Orchestra League (DSOL) invites visitors to enjoy an enchanting night of music and giving with its annual Savor the Symphony black-tie gala.

Celebrating DSOL’s 80th year, the gala will be held at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center on Thursday, Nov. 6.

This year’s theme, A Candlelight Tribute to Rodgers and Hammerstein, celebrates one of the greatest melodic and lyrical partnerships of all time. Guests will be treated to a cocktail reception, seated dinner, and live auction while enjoying a music performance amidst the glow of more than three thousand candles.

The event will be chaired by Reagan Pace, Sheridan Reeder and Sunie Solomon, with Laurie Sands Harrison and her daughters Caroline Harrison Loehr, Francis Brito Harrison, Bailey Harrison, and Hassie Harrison as honorary chairs. Claire Catrino serves as this year’s DSOL president.

Presented by the Compass School of Texas, the event proceeds will go towards the Dallas Symphony Orchestra (DSO) and its youth education and community engagement programs.

DSOL has raised more than $25 million in support of the DSO. The Savor the Symphony event has raised more than $1 million benefiting the DSO Education and Outreach programs.
