Parts of Highland Park Village will get renovations, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and a spokesperson for the shopping center.
Highland Park Village LP filed plans with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to renovate 3,500 square feet in Building C and 7,000 square feet in Building D. The total cost of the project is currently estimated at $11 million, according to the filing. News of the filing was first reported by The Real Deal real estate news outlet.
Building C is the building facing Douglas Avenue and Building D is at the corner of Mockingbird Lane and Douglas Avenue, according to plans from architectural firm Omniplan, which has worked on projects at Highland Park Village. Building C includes Oscar De La Renta and Ceron Highland Park, among others, while Building D includes Balmain, Veronica Beard, Brunello Cucinelli, Loro Piana, and Vacheron Constantin, and more, according to the shopping center’s directory.
When asked about the plans, Kate Kutilek, Senior Director, Public Relations and Special Events at Highland Park Village, declined to provide additional details, but said they’re “excited about the upcoming plans.”
“We have no details to share at this time, but are excited about the upcoming plans. We look forward to sharing more in the near future,” Kutilek said.
