If you’re not an early bird but still a local government junkie like me, rejoice. Highland Park’s Town Council meeting and two public hearings will take place at 4 p.m. today.
Mostly, there are a number of zoning items, but there will also be financial review and residential outdoor lighting to discuss. So, show up. Be informed. Don’t shine lights too brightly in your neighbor’s eyes, because that’s just not good etiquette. See ya there.
