Champions were crowned on May 16 at the 2026 HP Buddy Bowl, an event that brings together young athletes with special needs and their community of fans.
This year’s game began with a walk down the red carpet and into Highlander Stadium, a tradition for Buddy Bowl athletes.
During the action-packed football match, athletes and their buddies took on the competition while family, friends, and Highland Park High School students cheered from the sidelines and stands.
The event is now in its 10th year of bringing Friday Night Lights to children and young adults with disabilities from any North Texas school district.
