The Dallas City Plan Commission Hearing as it pertains to Agenda Item Z-26-000007, the Preston Royal zoning change request, has been postponed.

The announcement of the postponement was due to errors in the City of Dallas notification process, said Brent Rubin, chair of the Dallas City Plan Commission during this morning’s meeting. Specifically, some residents within 500 feet of the proposed development did not receive proper notification per City requirements.

The new hearing is scheduled for a tentative date of Thursday, August 6.
