The City Of Dallas recently mailed notification cards, referred to as “blue cards,” to property owners who live within a 500 foot radius of the Preston Road and Royal Lane redevelopment proposition.

As part of the Planned District public notice process, the blue card allows a property owner to indicate support or opposition to a zoning request and have their position included in the record to be considered by the Dallas City Plan Commission and the Dallas City Council.

All blue card responses are posted on City of Dallas’ website.
