Alo appears poised to open its first standalone Dallas boutique at The Knox, according to a state filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The filing identifies the project as “Alo–The Knox“ and calls for a 6,777-square-foot retail build-out at 3333 Knox St., Suites F1 and F21. Construction is scheduled to begin July 6 and wrap up Nov. 6, with an estimated project cost of $1.2 million.
The filing describes the work as an interior tenant improvement that includes a new storefront, architectural finishes, nonstructural partitions, casework, and a feature stair. The project is tenant-funded, according to the filing.
The Beverly Hills-based activewear brand currently operates North Texas locations at NorthPark Center and Galleria Dallas. The Knox location would mark its first standalone store within the city of Dallas.
The new boutique would join a growing roster of luxury retailers and restaurants at The Knox, the mixed-use redevelopment transforming the Knox Street corridor into one of Dallas’ premier shopping destinations.
An official opening date has not been announced.
