Enchilada’s on Greenville Avenue will hosts its second annual Cinco de Mayo Enchiladas Eating Contest at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, which is actually Cuatro de Mayo, but who’s counting? The contest lasts 10 minutes, and the 2012 winner, Ed Dravecky, scarfed down 43 enchiladas in that span. The winner gets a Caribbean cruise for two. If you’re interested, be there by 11:45. The registration fee is $10, with the proceeds benefiting the Lake Highlands High School Booster Club.
