On Oct. 25, Dallas developer and humanitarian Lucy Billingsley will receive the H. Neil Mallon Award from the World Affairs Council of DFW at a luncheon at the Hilton Anatole.
According to their press release:
“The Mallon Award is presented to someone who has excelled at promoting the international focus of North Texas as an international gateway for business, industry and diplomatic relations.”
Billingsley serves on the Council of Advisors for the National Geographic Society, and at the luncheon National Geographic writer and photographer Joel Sartore will present his “Photo Ark” project.
