Highland Park’s longtime (33 years to be exact) finance director, Bill Pollock, is set to retire by the end of the year. Steve Alexander has been selected as his successor, beginning Oct. 1.
Alexander worked as the city manager in Greenville, Texas, and in Copperas Cove, Texas. He also worked as a municipal finance director and staff accountant with a public accounting firm.
“Highland Park is a wonderful community providing a tremendous quality of life experience,” Alexander said.
