In its ad on our biweekly Highland Park Centennial page, the firm makes a distinction between itself and the two other Dallas companies — Dave Perry-Miller & Associates and Briggs-Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty — that have made similar claims: All of Allie Beth’s sales emanate from a single office.
