If you’re traveling out to Memorial Stadium tonight to see the Scots take on West Mesquite, cheer extra loud for the Highlander Band. Those kids have been blowing and going since 6 o’clock this morning, because UIL competition happened to coincide with game day. They’ll most likely be exhausted by the time tonight’s performance rolls around, so they’ll need the encouragement.
