Tomorrow morning is the annual joint meeting of the Highland Park Town Council, the University Park City Council, the Highland Park ISD Board of Trustees, and yours truly. Well, I’m not on the agenda, but I always try to be there. If you’d like to attend — because it is a public meeting, after all — be at the Highland Park ISD Administration Building by 7:30 a.m.
