In case you missed it, Gromer Jeffers of The Dallas Morning News reported yesterday that House District 108 candidate Chart Westcott has hired Matthew Langston, formerly of Don Huffines’ campaign in Senate District 16. As you no doubt know if you live in the Park Cities, Huffines’ victory over longtime incumbent John Carona was built on Photoshopped attack ads that flooded voters’ mailboxes. Can we expect to see similar negative messages between now and May 27, when Westcott and Morgan Meyer will settle the Republican primary in a runoff?
