It’s one of many annual year-end traditions in Highland Park ISD, along with an opportunity for students to cut loose and be silly for a while. The Hyer Elementary School fourth-graders paraded to the University Park pool on Tuesday for their class swim party celebrating the end of their time at Hyer.
