Mary Badham, who played Scout in To Kill a Mockingbird, will visit Highland Park Middle School on Nov. 12 to speak with eighth-graders as they finish up a study on Harper Lee’s novel.
The best part? The event is open to community members. It starts at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. Funding is provided by HP Arts, so the event is also free — win-win.
