Next Saturday, gather at Highland Park Village for some Christmas cheer. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there from noon to 4 p.m., of course, as will face painters, balloon artists, and Threejays Carriage. There will also be a toy drive benefiting the S.M. Wright Foundation’s Christmas in the Park. The event is free, and so is the valet.
Don’t forget to use the hashtag #hpvillagelights while Instagramming the neighborhood’s favorite lights, which are up through Valentine’s Day. Or you could always take a selfie with the carriage horses. Up to you.
