Story Time Delights in Prather Park

The Highland Park Library summer reading season kicked-off with fun Story Time and crafts in Prather Park this morning. Children may still register for the free reading club at the library between now and July 31. On the jump is a cute video that’s sure to make you “happy and you’ll know it.”
