Believe it or not, baseball season is right around the corner, and the annual Meet the Scots fundraiser is scheduled for today at Scotland Yard, when Highland Park will open practice for the upcoming season.
The event begins at 4:30 p.m. with player autographs and a silent auction, followed by a scrimmage between the varsity and JV squads. The team also will serve In-N-Out burger baskets from 5-7 p.m., and those tickets must be purchased in advance.
