Highland Park ISD’s land use consultant, Masterplan, presented the following Powerpoint to neighbors of the new fifth elementary school on Jan. 28.
The presentation included more than a few illustrations that might be of interest, including the one above that details possible traffic flow around the school. Also of note, it looks as if an outdoor garden/learning space might be part of the plan.
